Ordering

Browse and select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, review the contents of your cart and proceed to checkout. Verify that all the information is accurate before submitting your order and completing your payment.

You will be able to add the items as long as they are in stock. In some cases, another customer may have already placed the item in their cart, which would result in the item being temporarily unavailable.

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

We regret that once an order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled. This helps us to efficiently package orders and avoid errors. It is recommended to carefully review your order before finalizing it.

3. Enter the code exactly as it appears and click "Apply."

4. If the code is valid, the discount will be automatically applied to your order total.

5. Once you have confirmed that the discount has been applied, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.
Please note that some codes may have expiration dates, may be case sensitive and can be used only once, so please check the terms and conditions of the code before trying to use it.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us indicating that your order has been received. Please note that orders will only be shipped once your credit card payment has been successfully processed and your billing and delivery information has been verified.

Shipping & delivery

All orders are fulfilled within a timeframe of 2-5 business days, not including weekends and holidays.

We offer the following delivery estimates, by country, for your reference:

USA shipping: 8-14 business days

Canada shipping: 8-15+ business days

United Kingdom shipping: 8-21 business days

Australia: 7-14 business days

Europe: 8-21+ business days (varies widely by importing country)

Once the order is dispatched, a tracking email will be sent with a number. Please use that number to track the delivery here.
